Most of the staff were really friendly. The location of this hotel was great, right in the center. I liked that it was only a 20-minute drive from the airport. 😊.

Everything was great, fantastic location really close to restaurants, groceries, and the post office as well as London's major attractions, accommodating staff. My apartment was reasonably large with 2 bathrooms. A dishwasher, a fridge and an oven worked well. I enjoyed to be there and would stay there again

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would stay there again. The staff was very friendly, accommodating with every request. Enjoyed a kitchen, a dining table, and a couch in the room. The location was favourable and very close to a metro station.

We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good, in the centre of London. Had reasonably large room with 2 bathrooms, and we couldn't ask for more. The staff was helpful and helped with the free parking.
